Global Sales Director
About this role.
As Global Sales Director at TSI you’ll own the enterprise sales strategy and lead a team of sales executives in acquiring and expanding relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and large organizations. You’ll define go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, and close complex multi-year deals. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility — reporting directly to the executive team and playing a critical part in the company’s growth trajectory. The role is remote with travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
What we’re looking for
• 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with 5+ years in corporate travel sales
• Proven track record of selling corporate, events, or credit card sales.
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies with deal sizes of $1M+
• Deep understanding of corporate travel, expense management, or fintech markets
• Strong executive presence and ability to build C-suite relationships
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel 25% for client meetings and industry events
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute a global enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across target industries and segments
• Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts — from prospecting through close
• Negotiate complex, multi-year contracts with C-suite decision makers
• Partner with marketing on demand generation, events, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with product and client solutions teams on competitive positioning
• Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to executive leadership
• Represent ITS at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events
Nice to have
• Existing relationships in the corporate travel industry
• Experience selling platform or SaaS solutions to enterprise buyers
• Background in building channel or partner sales programs
